It doesn't have to be a cake! Inspo for us can be as simple as your colour scheme for the big day or your table styling mood boards and floral inspo.
Our entire vision is based off of your cakey desires and the inspo you have provided us with; we will never stray too far from this but can make decisions with free rein to better the final design aesthetic.

Yes. We are currently taking bookings until 2025 for new couples. We are always happy to start the conversation and will sometimes offer to secure your date with a Save the Date fee, working with you and your other vendors as it gets closer! 

We sure do! Providing
us with Run Sheets and your events co-ordinators/venues details is the best way
to ensure a smooth delivery.

Selecting your desired delivery window on your quote form will help us plan our timings but cannot guarantee we will be able to meet everyones preferred timings in peak periods.

We have a $50 flat rate fee for deliveries within 30km of Cakeup HQ in Drummoyne

NOTE: We will charge by the KM outside of this range. We are absolutely happy to deliver far and wide and love seeing the venues of Sydney and beyond but do need to consider our travel time in peak periods. To avoid missing out on your date, start the quoting process nice and early.

*Onsite assembly fees also apply for 3+tier cakes and for floral applications depending by an hourly rate.

When we refer to 'cake florals' for weddings; we are often talking about the wonderful option of your event florist charging you a small fee (typically around $50) and leaving us a small assortment to use on your cake for on-site assembly.

This is also a great way to save $ and ensure a cohesive flow between your table settings, floral work and cake! We are more than happy to source florals for you too don't forget- we just want you to have options.

We LOVE playing with florals at Cakeup and do not allow others to add their own, sorry! We need to ensure our cakes are not being treated in a way that will deem them unsafe for consumption and do not risk improper methods of taping and wiring of florals used on our cakes, by outside parties.

BOOOO!! NO! we hate that this is even a thing; All of our cakes are priced FAIRLY with full consideration of our skill level, production and travel times, sourcing and costs of goods. We do not need to add a 'wedding tax' on your orders because we treat ALL of our cake clients and their creations with the upmost respect + use the finest ingredients, no matter the occasion.
Whyyyy should you have to pay more for being in love and celebrating it???
